How to Action Out Prepaid Label through Channel Gate
- Your team must have Normal FedEx Pick Ups in order to have Prepaid labels in Channel Gate.
- Vendors are responsible for pick up fee charges.
- Please ensure your catalog dimension/weight/qty are correct.
- Prepaid Labels is currently only available for USD accounts.
In your Channel Gate portal, head over to Order Management > Orders.
Here is an example of an order that has Prepaid Labels enabled.
Confirm the Order ID
Select your warehouse
Note that this defaults to this origin shipping based on what our system thinks it would be.
If you have multiple warehouses, then you can click on the dropdown and select the other options
Confirm the item that you would like to create the label for.
Alternate Return Shipping:
If your team does not accept returns, then the Alternate Return Shipping is Blocked and Grayed out and the address is defaulted to our Cymax Managed Return Warehouse Address.
If your team does Accept Returns, then it will default to the same address as the origin address. If you would like to select your other warehouse, you can click onto the alternate return address button, and select your other warehouse.
Then Click onto the Generate label.
It would create your label which can be retrieved by clicking on Download Label.
Very important thing to note:
When there are multiple labels needed (example where we have multiple quantities or multiple cartons as this example here), the feature opens a new browser tab per label. So, if there are 3 labels, the browser will open 3 new tabs.
Most browsers will block this by default, and the user must set a 1-time permission to allow multiple new tabs for the Channel Gate site.
Please go into your Browser and Allow Pop Ups for Channel Gate.

Re-Generate and Re-Download Labels:
Additionally, your team has the ability to Re-download the labels and Re-Generate the Label.
- Re-Download Labels is available if your team needs to re-download the same labels.
- Re-Generate Labels refers to when your team has updated your product listing and require new label information.
