This guide will walk you through how to manage existing users and add new users to your account. If you need to add any additional contacts for communications and notifications, email support@channelgate.io for support. See also our Contact Management Guide.
Navigate to the Users page:
Account Settings > Users
Manage Existing Users
On the Users page, actions are shown as icons on the right of each user in the table:
Icon | Action | Description |
---|---|---|
βοΈ (Pencil) | Edit Name | Update the userβs first and last name. Email addresses cannot be changed. |
πΌ (Briefcase) | Manage Applications | Add or remove access to applications such as Product Management, Order Management, SIP, and Muzeboard. |
π (Key) | Reset Password | Send a password reset link or initiate a forced password change. |
ποΈ (Trash) | Delete User | Permanently remove the user and all related permissions. This cannot be undone. |
To take an action, simply click the corresponding icon next to the user's name.
Create/Add New Users
Click Add User on the top right and fill out the required fields:

Password and Confirm Password

Instance Name β pre-filled to match your current instance (the account showing in the dropdown at the top left of the page)

Application Access β choose from:

Product Management (Vendor Portal)
-
Order Management
-
SIP
-
Muzeboard
Note: Only users with access to Product Management can create user access for others.

Self-Service Options for All Users
-
Edit Profile: Update your own first and last name.

Change Password: Use forgot password? when logging in at https://app.channelgate.io.

Are you located outside of North America? We recommend using a VPN to access Channel Gate. Otherwise, we will need to whitelist your IP address - see this link for instructions on whitelisting IP addresses.
