DUPLICATE - ARCHIVE Product Upload Validation Errors

The table below outlines potential validation errors and their descriptions that may occur when uploading a Product Template file to Channel Gate (the Portal). These errors might appear as a banner notification on the Listing page during the upload process, or they might be included in the Error Report sent to your email following an upload attempt.

4	Product Title Validation	Product title should be between 20-80 characters	Title length must be between 20-80 characters.
5	Product Title Validation	Product Title should contain word Set and at least one number	If the product is a set, the title must contain the word 'Set' and a number.
6	Product Title Validation	All the letters in the title cannot be neither UPPERCASE nor lowercase	Title must contain both uppercase and lowercase letters.
7	Product Title Validation	Product Title can consist of alphabetical characters, numbers and these special characters - . + / ( ) ' & "	Title must only include alphabetical characters, numbers and these special characters: - . + / ( ) ' & "
8	Amazon Title Validation (Admin only)	Amazon title should be less than 200 characters	Amazon title length must be ≤ 200 characters.
9	Amazon Title Validation (Admin only)	All the letters in the amazon title cannot be neither UPPERCASE nor lowercase	Amazon title must contain both uppercase and lowercase letters.
10	Amazon Title Validation (Admin only)	Amazon Title should contain word Set and at least one number	If the product is a set, the title must contain the word 'Set' and a number.
11	Market Availability Validation	Product should be sold Either in US or in CA	Product must be sold either in the US or Canada.
12	Product Details Validation	Product details should be more than 40 characters	Details must be > 40 characters for non-set products.
13	Product Details Validation	Product Details contains unsupported characters. Please remove them	Details must only include alphabetical characters, numbers and these special characters: - . + / ( ) ' & "
14	Product Dimensions Validation	Product Weight Required	Weight must be provided and > 0.
15	Product Dimensions Validation	Incorrect Product Dimensions	Dimensions (height, width, depth) must be > 0.
16	Product Dimensions Validation	Product Weight should be less than or equal to the sum of 'Package weights'	Weight must not exceed the sum of package weights.
17	Package Dimensions Validation	Package Dimensions Required	Package dimensions must be provided.
18	Package Dimensions Validation	Package SKU must be between 2-30 characters	Package SKU must be provided and 2-40 characters long.
19	Package Dimensions Validation	Duplicate Package Dimensions	Duplicate package dimensions are not allowed.
20	Category Validation	Category Required	Category ID must exist. See Info tab (Column D 'CategoryID) of the Product Upload template'.
21	Category Validation	Incorrect Category	Category ID must be valid. See Info tab (Column D 'CategoryID') of the Product Upload template.
22	Shipping Validation	The product cannot be shipped on a small parcel because it ships on pallet.	Shipping method must match product properties (e.g., small parcels for light products).
23	Shipping Validation	The package weight is greater than 150 lbs and shipping service cannot be a small parcel.	The package weight must not exceed 150lbs for small parcels.
24	Shipping Validation	The length and girth are greater than 165 inches and shipping service cannot be a small parcel.	The length and girth must not exceed 165 inches for small parcels.
25	UPC Validation	UPC Required	UPC must exist.
26	UPC Validation	UPC should consist of 12 to 13 digits	UPC must be 12-13 digits long.
27	UPC Validation	Invalid UPC	UPC must pass checksum validation.
28	Pricing Validation	Invalid Wholesale Cost	Wholesale price must be > 0.
29	Pricing Validation	Invalid Selling Price	Selling price must be > 0.
30	Attribute Validation	Color Attribute is required	Color Attribute is a required field. See Info tab (Column H 'Attributes>Color') of the Product Upload template.
31	Attribute Validation	Material Attribute is required	Material Attribute is a required field. See Info tab (Column J 'Attributes>Material') of the Product Upload template.
32	Attribute Validation	Incorrect Style Attribute	Style Attribute is an optional field. See Info tab (Column I 'Attributes>Style') of the Product Upload template.
33	Specification Validation	Incorrect Specification Key	Specification key must be valid. See Info tab (Column K 'Product Specification>Keys') of the Product Upload template.
34	Specification Validation	Incorrect Specification value	Specification value must be valid. See Info tab (Column M 'Specification Values') of the Product Upload template.
35	Specification Validation	Specification value contains unsupported characters. Please remove them	Specification values must only include alphabetical characters, numbers and these special characters: - . + / ( ) ' & "
36	Features Validation	3 Features Mandatory	At least 3 features must be provided.
37	Features Validation	Features 5-250 characters	Each feature must be alphanumeric and ≤ 250 characters.

39	Short Description Validation	Short Description Mandatory 40-2000 characters	Description must be 40-2000 characters long.
40	Image Validation	More than `_maxImageCount` images cannot be added	Each product can have ≤ 20 images.
41	Proposition 65 Validation	Proposition65 is required	Proposition 65 compliance must be specified.
42	Proposition 65 Validation	Invalid chemicals	Chemicals listed must match the master list.
43	Proposition 65 Validation	Chemicals cannot be included if Proposition65 is set to NO.	Chemicals cannot be listed if Proposition 65 is set to NO.
44	Keyword Restrictions	Product Title contains the following error: {restriction.ErrorMessage}	Restricted keywords must not appear in product data.
45	Miscellaneous Validations	Product Cannot be Active and Discontinued at the same time	Products cannot be active and discontinued simultaneously.
46	Miscellaneous Validations	HS Code should be 10 digits long	Harmonized code must be 10 digits long.
