Pricing Updates

To update your wholesale pricing, export your Pricing list from Channel Gate, update the file, and send it to your Account Manager. We need 30 days' notice for price increases, price decreased can be processed faster. 

 

How to export your Pricing list from Channel Gate

1. Navigate to the Listing page:
   Channel Gate > Product Management > Products > Listing

2. In the top-right corner, click Export, then select Pricing from the drop-down menu.

   Tip: The export will reflect your current catalog filters.
   Filters appear as grey bars above the table—click the ‘x’ on any bar to remove that filter.

Important Notes:

• For vendors without MAP pricing:
  Please note that we cannot update your Selling/Retail Price directly. Our system uses a pricing algorithm that automatically manages these values.
