Managing LTL Order
Marking Pick Up Ready:
This category shows all Cymax orders that the order has not yet shipped or packaged.
There are different columns for each order listed to separate information:
- Mark as Pick Up Ready - To mark the Cymax PO Number as ready for Pick up.
- This notifies carriers to pick up the order.
- Order No - The order ID is the PO number (ie. VRC121-xxxxxx)
- Order Date - is the date stamp of when the order was created
- Carrier - Shows which carrier is assigned to which order.
- Way Bill No - Is for any PO LTL order.
- Please use the waybill as the Tracking No.
- Shipping Information - The customer's full shipping information.
- Warehouse - Provides you with a drop-down menu to select the Warehouse where the cargo needs to be picked up from.
Once Orders are packed and ready to ship for LTL, please click on Mark as Pick Up Ready and selecting the warehouse to pick-up from and click Submit on the page.
This will notify Cymax and the carrier to register the waybill for the shipment selected and arrange a pick-up.
Note that: Whether you add in tracking or we receive the carrier's API tracking that the order will be moved to shipped status.
If by any chance, you cannot use the "Mark as Pick-up Ready" category, please allow some time (roughly an hour) before you reach out to shipping@cymax.com.
Please Note:
- A copy of the BOL will be sent to you within 24 -48 hours after waybill registration through email.
- The Shipper is required to ensure that every piece of shipment is labeled correctly and visible on each piece.
- The waybill number that was provided with the PO will need to be noted on all shipping documentation.
- If an item on a PO is on backorder, the PO will not show on your Pick-up Ready category until the backorder date expires.
- If you have a carrier that is Metropolitan Warehouse or Deliveright, please email shipping@cymax.com to schedule pick up.

If an Order ships across the border, a Commercial Invoice will need to be included with the package. Cymax can provide a Commercial invoice when requested. Please contact shipping@cymax.com
