Damages Report and Images 

We have released the Damage Report in your Seller Intelligence Platform. This report will show the quantity damaged as well as analyzing your products by category or by LTL/Parcel.

In the Category table, product link can be seen when drilled down to sku level, clicking on that link will redirect to CG portal and shows product damage images if there are any.

We have attached a video Tutorial that will have in-depth instruction on how to read the report.

Support PDF Files : Add Assembly Instructions File

We have included a new tab "Resources" that will allow you to upload a PDF file on assembly instructions for your SKU's.

The assembly instructions cannot be uploaded in bulk, they can only be uploaded per SKU on the Channel Gate Portal.

Reason to Deactivate Products

With the new update, we have added a reason drop down in case you would want to deactivate your products.

Once you choose to deactivate a product, a drop-down menu will appear with a list of options to select from as to why you would want to deactivate this specific product.

Using Export File

If Active is switched from "Yes" to "No" then you will need to provide a code that aligns with the reason as to why you would want to deactivate the product. However, a code will not be needed if the product is already De-activated.

The excel sheet has been updated to include a DC (Deactivation code) list. It will be visible when you export your products.

What's Improved

SKU in Walmart Active Listing Page

We have updated the Walmart Active Listing Tab to give you more information as what you're reviewing and so we have included the SKU number to help identify which product is currently on hold.
