Assuming your inventory feed is successfully sent to Channel Gate (either via EDI or FTP), please ensure the following if inventory is still not updating:
- The SKU on your inventory feed matches exactly the SKU on the product in Channel Gate.
- Data on your inventory feed is valid:
- SKU should not have leading or ending spaces
- Quantity is in number format and is 0 or greater
- Backorder Date is in date format and is a future date
