Vendor Portal aka Product Management:
This Portal is where you view, manage and optimize your catalog and is where you can add or edit product both as a single SKU or in bulk.
This Portal also gives you visibility to the product title, product ID, SKU, available quantity, selling price, where your product is being promoted, whether any products are white labeled, and if your products are active or inactive.
Other functionality you can do is also export your whole catalog, and have the ability to action out any Marketplace Rejections.
The Marketplace Rejections are listing errors with Amazon and Walmart that needs to be addressed and actioned.
Seller Intelligence Platform:
This is comprehensive tool that gives you insight into the product development and sales analytics.
Seller Intelligence provides our partners with complete transparency, enabling all users to not only keep tabs on their sales performance 24 hours a day, but also to help support partnership from an operational perspective.
You are able to see the following tabs:

- Score Card
- A report that provides a shared P&L in real time
- Can see your KPI metrics
- Breakdown of sales
- Best Sellers
- Breaking down sales by Marketplaces
- Can see based of SKU level
- Marketing
- Can see amount of marketing spent at SKU level and where marketing dollars are going
- Damages
- Can provide users real time clarity on how their SKU's are performing in terms of damage rates
- Performance
- Can deep dive into all things operations.
- Score Card
Muzeboard:
Where you will be able to create sets/bundles of any active products in your catalog.
Important Notes:
-
- All products have to come from 1 warehouse.
- Then CG system will auto-assign a GS1 Certified UPC for that newly created SKU and launch across the network.
- Make sure the ratio of the products is balanced.
- For all products, make sure there is no white space on the image.
- Crop spaces on the products
- Don't be scared to fill as much of the board!
- Product Title:
- Ensure you have the word "Set" and a whole number. (eg. "2" and not two)
- If you do not provide the word Set or a whole number your Muzeboard will not be saved.
- All items need to be in stock in order for the board to be active.
- If 1 item has no stock then the board is Inactive.
- Once published, you Cannot make any changes.
- If you would like something changed you would need to go directly to the product itself and make those changes there.
- All products have to come from 1 warehouse.
Order Management:
Where you able to view, and action out any new and existing orders.
You be able to action any of the following:
- Unprocessed
- Acknowledge orders that just came in
- Unshipped
- Schedule pick up with the carrier (LTL only)
- Can add in tracking number for shipped orders.
- Update estimated ship date.
- Can use this function up to 5 business days of the expected ship date.
- Ability to mark backorder
- Can use this function if its a delay later than 5 business days of the expected ship date.
- Discontinued
- If item is truly discontinued then click on this button.
- If there is any reason why you cannot ship out order, please email cancellations@cymax.com
- Returns and Replacements
- Returns
- If your team does not accept returns but had sent out the wrong color/item this would NOT be considered a buyer's remorse.
