How can I update my UPC?

Unfortunately the UPC cannot be updated once a product is loaded into Channel Gate. Once the product is activated the UPC is now a unique identifier for multiple channels. For this reason Channel Gate does not permit the update of the UPC. Please indicate why a UPC update is necessary to your Channel Gate account manager.
