We highly recommend reviewing the emails sent from Channel Gate to maximize the opportunities/issues flagged. We are trying to minimize the frequency by only sending out weekly updates. However we do understand there might be cases where the user has left the organization in which case please email support@channelgate.io to have the user be removed from emails.
Currently we do not support the cases where you'd like the users to retain their access but remove them for particular emails. For these cases we recommend you set up rules & filters on your email client ( Outlook/Gmail) to ensure they are organized properly.
