Single main image updates within Channel Gate
You should see that the main image is updated immediately after uploading and saving the product. Should you continue to see an issue, please contact Channel Gate support for assistance.
Bulk main image updates via FTP
Please ensure the following steps were taken:
- The image file name is an exact match to the SKU you need the primary image updated. For example if the SKU of the product is "abc123", then your image file name should also be "abc123".
- The image file format is ".jpg".
- Images are uploaded to the "main" folder in the FTP.
