Search and Filter Products in Channel Gate

PRODUCT SEARCH

Users can search for a product by product ID or SKU number.

Enter the value in the search field and click "GO".

If you are searching for more than one product, please ensure to add a comma between each value that you're searching for.

PRODUCT FILTERS

You'll be able to filter products by Brand, Category, Channels, Status, Sets, In stock & On Promo.

BRAND

The list of associated brands will be displayed under the drop-down. Select any brand from the drop-down menu, and the selected brand products will be shown. 

CATEGORY

You can filter the products by category by selecting the "Category" filter from the drop-down.  

 If a user selects any category from the "Category" drop-down and then applies the filter, products relating to that category will be displayed on the Products List Page. 

STATUS

 A user can filter the status of a product by selecting "Status" and whether it is "Active" or "Inactive" from the filter drop-down.

SETS

 If a user selects "Sets" and "Yes" from the filter dropdown, all bundles/sets created through the Muzeboard Platform will be displayed.

 Once a filter has been applied, a notification will be shown.

If a user selects the "Sets" and "No" from the filter dropdown, all bundles/sets created through the Muzeboard Platform will be excluded and only individual SKUs will be displayed.

In Stock

You can filter the products by available quantity by selecting the "Available Quantity" filter from the drop-down. 

ON PROMO

 You can filter the products that are or are not on promotion by selecting the "On Promo" filter and either "Yes" or "No" from the drop-down.
