Remittance advice is automatically emailed to your Accounting contact after each payment. Payment information can also be accessed at any time in Channel Gate on the following pages:
- Applied Payables
- Invoices
We've included information at the bottom of this page on how to update your contacts in Channel Gate.
Applied Payables
Navigate Channel Gate: Order Management > Invoice Management > Applied Payables
Historical payment information is contained here, for up to 2 years. We encourage you to download your Payables details at least once a year, for your offline reconciliation and record-keeping.
To download your payment records:
- Click the 3 dots at the top-right of the Payables Document Details table.
- Choose Export data, and use current layout.
- Your payment details will download to your desktop as an excel file.
Please note that any filters used on the page will also apply to the export. To show all payment details from the last 2 years, make sure that all filters are cleared. This includes using the blue Filter button, as well as the 4 filter boxes on the top right of the page:
Invoices
Navigate Channel Gate: Order Management > Invoice Management > Invoices
Once tracking is added to an order, the invoice is generated for that order on the Invoices page. Click the blue Export button on the top right to send a spreadsheet of all invoices from this page to your email. Note that any filters applied to the Invoices page will also affect the export.
For more detail on an invoice, click on the invoice number and a details tab will pop up on the right.
- Click Download Invoice on the top right to download the invoice in PDF format.
- Click Dispute Invoice if any part of the invoice does not match your records.
Scroll down and click the arrow to the left of 'DFI Amount' to see the rebates that were applied to this invoice.
The Invoices page is only available to vendors who have signed up for Auto-Invoicing. If your team does not yet use our auto-invoicing service, but would like to, our Finance team is at your service to set up a meeting and provide all the assistance you need.
