Consolidated FedEx prepaid labels in one file for download

When a ground order has multiple cartons or the order has multiple quantities of the item then one label for each package is generated in a separate tab. This behaviour often conflicted with browser-based ad blockers which meant users lost one or more prepaid labels. We have now made the necessary changes to consolidate the FedEx prepaid labels into one file for download.
