New and Improved Dashboard in Channel Gate

Channel Gate Dashboard has been refreshed, ensuring you get quick access to the most critical information and data for your business.

Summary of Updates

• The new dashboard provides digestible visual representations of key sales and order metrics for seamless viewing
• Quickly review some of your most relevant business analytics including a breakdown of your sales metrics by channel and category, as well as month-over-month revenue changes.
• With the click of one button, you can expand these metrics to easily access more details in our Seller Intelligence Reports.
• The new dashboard is customizable so that you can prioritize the order of information that is most relevant to your business.
• Channel Gate will highlight key areas that require your attention while providing you with a link taking you to the appropriate page to action the task.
• Stay up to date on your catalog through our refreshed Information Center, ensuring you never miss a marketplace rejection.

Mandatory Specifications for Rugs Category - Product Add/Edit

A few specifications are now made mandatory for some 'Rugs' Categories. This will improve the product content and provide more accurate information to the customers.

Cymax Contacts 
Cleaned up the Cymax contact list and re-arranged the existing contacts to make the contact list more accessible and streamlined with our current processes. This will help your team to find the right Cymax contact and get issues addressed faster.

To view Cymax Contacts, go to 'Contact Management' in Account Settings and click on the Cymax Contacts Tab.
