Keyword Restrictions and More: CG Release Note Thursday May 6th 2021

KEYWORD RESTRICTIONS

As the Markets evolve on a day-to-day basis, we have seen new changes getting applied to certain marketplaces that will restrict a product from selling if it contains any of the following keywords listed on the Zendesk page (The link shall be attached below for reference to the list of keywords).  We request to refrain from using these keywords as your products will not pass the validation processes.

These changes should be applied to all products that you plan to upload or that exist on your catalog and would also apply to collection names as well.

FORGET/RESET PASSWORD

As a Channel Gate user, you will be able to reset your password if you happen to forget or misplace your login credentials.

On the Channel Gate login page, there will be a link that says "Forgot Password".

This icon will redirect you to a page that will instruct you to provide your email address and upon doing so a recovery URL link would be sent to your email address.

 

Once you click that link it would redirect you back to Channel Gate where you would have the ability to add the new password for your login credentials.
